Aging & Balance. Being able to accomplish activities of daily living is essential for all aging and special populations. Training to improve one’s quality of life around the home takes special importance in our studio. We want everyone to feel a sense of confidence to tackle the ordinary daily tasks at life and the thrill of excitement when hitting special milestones such as walking up a flight of stairs step over step. No goals are too small at Studio 1-on-1 and we will shower you with much-deserved praise along the way.
