I work with all ages and sizes as a personal trainer, and some of the most inspiring are the aging and elderly. These folks really know the benefits of exercise and they are willing to go the distance to maintain their quality of life (QOL) and activities of daily living (ADL). Props to our older population… We are all heading that way, so let’s follow their lead!
