It’s widely held that 80% of our body composition is directly related to our food and drink intake. That said, while exercise is important and should be done consistently every day, we must complement those efforts with a clean and healthy diet.
At Studio 1-on-1, we coach clients on building healthy dietary habits. While we do not write out plans one must follow, we do provide meal choices and tracking based on daily caloric intake and eating preferences. The software we use allows clients to add their own meals and connect with My Fitness Pal for ease of use. This service is available for personal training and online programs as well as a stand-alone feature.
